ALL SWEETNESS AND LIGHT
Some one wrote on my Facebook Page yesterday, "Is this amount of cuteness legal?" I have to admit, these little creatures, Faith's Bubbas, really are taking the biscuit in the 'cute' department. I had me a sneaky peeks when 'Our Uncle Paul' called by to take a look at everyone. He thought they were really cute too. Uncle Paul is our 'sitter' when the Parentals visit sunnier climbs. He is so good to us and always follows his instructions to the letter! Sometimes, this is not good as he must know we are underfed and half starved, but still doesn't deviate from 'the list'. If we YAWP and YAWP he invariably bends a little!
Any way, I digress! As I was saying. I had me a sneaky peek over the barrier and I could hear all this adorable squeaking, it was Faith, my love. She saw me and offered me a brief look at her love children. I know she still has feelings for me, but just not as much as these little bundles of milky puddings. I was polite and commented on her figure. "You look very pretty I say." peering over Uncle Paul's shoulder to check out where the food bowls are. She trills at me "Thank you Slinky." I comment on her fur. "Your PJ's look rather luxurious and velvety." She purrs at me "Thank you Slinky." I tell her that she smells nice. "Oh Faith, you smell divine, like fresh fish skipping over the sea and your breath is like a dreamy haddock pie." For some reason she is not amused and takes once more to the bed and covers up her babies, turning her back on us. I don't get girls, how come when you tell them your heart desires they go all 'weird' on you? I mean, I love Haddock, I love Faith, I love the smell of milky babies. She has taken it all the wrong way again. I can never quite get the balance right with her.
Well Uncle Paul got his glimpse of those divine little beings as did I. I am so pleased that at last I have seen over the door and spotted that the food bowls are indeed, on top of the kittening pen, awaiting my perusal. Everyone has gone gah gah in the house since these bundles have made their debut and now all I have to do is wait until one is old enough and woo her like I did her Mother and get her ready for a life love and laughter. It will be a really hard choice, they are all so sweet and cute. Minimii is cleaver and funny and Lillibet is sweet and calm. I think ManSlave has taken a shine to charming James and he flourishes him with kisses and play time, leaving Momma to play and kiss the delightful girls. I don't really have a choice, I know that, but I like to feel reallyinvolved!
