TYGA'S NEW HOME
Tyga is now living with a wonderful family as an only cat, which she totally adores. She loves to be loved and benefits form one to one affection. She is a fun loving girl and has her own special best human friend called Scarlet. We are so lucky to have found such a splendid loving and happy home for her.
She has her own instagram account that you can follow and see just how happy she is being totally devoted over 'Tyga The Devon Rex' We are just thrilled that from something as sad as her Pyometra became such a wonderful outcome for another family.

PEDIGREE NAMING HISTORY:-
Named after the Princess Royal Victoria ('Vikki') who became the German Empress and Queen of Prussia by marriage to German Emperor Frederick III. She was the eldest child of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom and Prince Albert of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha, and was created Princess Royal in 1841. She was the mother of Wilhelm II, German Emperor.
Tyga is the sweetest little cat ever born. She actually wasn't meant to stay here at Maystar, but circumstances changed at her new home and it was decided that she would stay here instead. We are really pleased she did stay. She is a charming girl who has tons of charisma.
She has excelled herself on the show bench since being a tiny 15week old kitten, enjoying first place every time out with competition each time and ending her kitten career with a Best of Variety Kitten Section 4 win. She has been a pleasure to show and will now take a short break to mature ready for her Championship level. Hopefully following in her Mother and Father's paw steps!
Very sadly, Tyga had a closed pyometra in September 2020 where the uterus fills with puss. We are so upset to lose her from the breeding programme as she was six years in the making. We luckily kept her daughter, Robyn, and hope she can fly the flag for this final stab at keeping the old lines going. She is such a beautiful and happy cat who follows me everywhere and I know we shall have to part with her so we can keep breeding this old style Devon Rex.
