I made it to 10years old. How I have managed it is beyond me? I have outlived my Mother, Father and Son but my Daughter, Grace from Sweden is still going strong. We went away for my Purrday in the caravan down to Dorset and the Jurassic coast. It was amazing. We saw so much stuff from just the comfort of the caravan site. We had ducks visit and one particularly early bird seagull, who every morning stole our rubbish. He was great fun to watch. When we returned home, Momma organised me a party where all my online friends could visit and put on their party hats and enjoy my day too.
My Party was themed on 'cats in hats'. Lots of you participated and did really well demonstrating your fancy hats. Of course Momma had to dress all of us up as well and all she had to hand whilst caravaning was a sweety bag and a napkin. But it worked out ok with the ribbon from inside her PJs. There are always certain types that show up at a party, so everyone posed for their part in my special day.
Gracie is a social butterfly, happy to meet new cats and always happy to chat to anyone and be sweet natured. Flaire was not impressed with any of the party goings on and refused to pose at all, holding her eyes like slits, she was a real party pooper. Momma and ManSlave laughed till water fell from their eyes when they dressed her up. Faith, of course, was in her element. Posing and being super model cool as always. He figure a little more skittle like these days, was requiring a hat with a good wide brim to balance her out. Lillibet, always the joker, busy with playing pranks and Thwakking everyone quite enjoyed dressing up and danced about trying to catch the ribbons and the best bit - eat the treats on offer. Me, well, I am always a good boy and being 10years old, I had to set an example and behave. After all, it was my Purrday. So I posed in pink and blue hats and allowed myself to be adorned in a magnificent tea towel robe around my shoulders. Oh yes. The King of Cats, that I am.
I wanted to thank everyone for their good wishes, however, for some reason i didn't get as many cards as Lillibet does and she is only 3!!!??? Very odd indeed. I had a great day, we played 'silly collar competition' and had a 'groovy dance fest' and pass the parcel that went ever so slightly awry, but everyone got an electronic feather or furry mouse. So it wasn't all bad. I, personally, don't think Momma explained it very well at all.
